As part of its evidence gathering, the Commission is conducting a written consultation on the issues relating to its Terms of Reference.

We welcome submissions from individuals, groups or organisations. You are welcome to submit evidence relevant to any of the areas above. You do not have to provide a response to each area. The deadline for submissions is 1 January 2021.
